Can I change my address?

Please email us at kissedglow@gmail.com or via our contact page to notify us as soon as possible.  If the parcel has been packed and shipped no changes can be made.  If the item is returned, the cost of additional shipping will be paid by the customer.

How do I use my Kissed Glow reusable eye mask?

The "how to" and "tips" can be found on the FAQs on the product page, but don't worry when you purchase your eye masks with us we will send you out a step by step guide.

How long do my Kissed Glow reusable eye masks last?

If all care instructions are followed as described the mask will last any where from 2-3 years beyond.  They are durable, but also must be cared for with each use to protect the medical grade silicon.

How often can I use my Kissed Glow Silk Exfoliating Glove?

We recommend a deep exfoliation once a week.

Do I use soap with my Kissed Glow Silk Exfoliating Glove?

No, no soap or gel required.  Once your skin is warmed by the bath or shower, step out of the water and use the wet glove directly on your skin in a back and forth motion.

Will my skin peel at every use?

This will depend on how much dry skin build up you have or if you are using this to remove fake tan.  Your skin does not need to peel each time for the glove to be effective.

Can I use the Kissed Glow Silk Exfoliating Glove on my face?

Yes you can.  As you face has far more sensitive skin that the rest of your body, just go gentle!  Avoid using on any areas of skin irritation or active breakouts.
